• Account details: name, email and password for school, auditor and admin accounts.
• School registration data: facilities, staffing, policies, participation and achievement records submitted during registration.
• Enquiry details: name, email, phone (optional) and message content submitted through contact and sponsorship forms.
• Where a parent or student account is created in future, guardian consent will be recorded before any data about a minor is collected.

To operate school registration and the independent audit process, publish rankings and certificates, respond to enquiries, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Auditor identities are never disclosed to the schools they evaluate. This is a standing integrity policy, described further on our How Ranking Works page.
